Arran Coastal Rowing Club is hosting its first skiff rowing regatta on Saturday 24th June, 11am – 4pm at Lamlash Pier.
As it is our first regatta organizing experience and as we are (still) a young club, participation this year is by invitation only. We are very excited that the Costal Rowing Clubs from Carrick, Girvan, Largs, Prestwick and Troon have accepted our invitation.
The races (weather permitting) will start at 11am and all 6 skiffs will be at the start line together competing in different races for medals on a 1.5km course. There will be a long finish along the shore so that spectators, friends and supporters have an excellent chance to watch the skiffs.
